Skyerp subscription.
Eligibility:
Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not accessed
the SkyERP system beyond the initial setup and trial period.
Partial Refunds: After 14 days and within 30 days of your initial purchase, a partial refund may be issued at the
discretion of Sky Secretary, based on your usage of the system. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of
days you have accessed the system beyond the trial period.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be granted for purchases exceeding 30 days or for users who have extensively
accessed the SkyERP system beyond the trial period. This includes actions such as data entry, customization,
or report generation.
Time Frame:
You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase. Requests received after 30 days
will not be considered.
Condition:
To be eligible for a refund, your SkyERP account must be in good standing, and you must not have violated any of the
the SkyERP terms of service.
Refunds:
Full refunds: If you are eligible for a full refund, the amount paid will be credited back to your original payment method
within 10 business days. partially refunds: The amount refunded will be prorated based on the number of days you accessed
the system beyond the trial period. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within

Fees:
There are no fees associated with requesting a refund.
