Service Usage:

a. Access to the Services: Upon subscribing to our Services, you will be granted access to our ERP platform

based on the selected package.

b. Authorized Users: Access to the Services is restricted to authorized users designated by the subscribing

organization. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

c. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution

of the Services. Any misuse of the Services may result in immediate termination of access.

 Fees and Payments:

a. Subscription Fees: The use of our ERP software is subject subscription fees based on the chosen package

and additional services.

b. Payment Terms: Payment for subscription fees shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon payment

terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Intellectual Property:

a. Ownership: Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all

intellectual property rights.

b. Use of Trademarks: Any use of Provider's trademarks or logos requires prior written consent

from Provider.
